Meet Donielle:

Donielle Graves Faison is an author and speaker now based in Greenville, North Carolina. Flawed. Redeemed. And Freed she uses her bubbly personality and free spirit to capture the hearts of others, inspiring them to be the BEST they can be while living a life worthy of Jesus Christ. Donielle truly believes that Jesus is for everybody. She desires that all come to the knowledge of Christ and grows in relationship with Him. Donielle is the founder of Grow, Glow, Glorify – a commitment to “grow”ing in Christ, allowing your light to “glow” for Christ, while causing all to “glorify” Christ.
On February 12, 2012, Donielle stood to publicly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the first time. Over the last several years, she has been afforded many opportunities and various platforms to share the Gospel. However, nothing satisfies her heart more than personal and intimate settings afforded to make Jesus real.
Donielle serves in the United Holy Church of America on a local, sub-district, district, and national level, working with both the Young Peoples Holiness Association, Bible Church School, and the Education Department.
By trade Donielle has the privilege of inspiring young minds. She has received a Bachelors of Science Degree in May of 2014, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Birth-Kindergarten. She obtained a Masters of Arts Degree in May of 2016 from Liberty University in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma Response. Donielle has spent 6 years in the classroom instilling a passion for learning in the hearts of her students, 3 years serving as an Assessment Facilitator for students suspected to have disabilities. In May of 2023, Donielle earned her Masters of School Administration from East Carolina University. She now serves as an Assistant Principal for Pitt County Schools.
On October 10, 2020, Donielle married the love of her life Pastor Daemarkis Faison. Together they are afforded the opportunity to serve, lead, and love others as unto the Lord. (Click here for more of our story (; ) In October of 2024, Donielle and Daemarkis will be welcoming their firstborn son, Baby Judah Faison.
Above all, Donielle desires that her life reflects the very words penned in Matthew 5:16 which reads, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
